Project: Organizational Technology Assessment

Project Summary: City of Duvall awarded us a contract for conducting extensive assessment of their technology environment, which includes IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, End-Points, Cloud Initiative and Technology Personnel needs. Outcome of this technology assessment is to deliver a 5-10 year Roadmap for city of Duvall driven by a robust strategy to implement key technology initiatives needs to support the growth of the city as well and enable the leadership to utilize a managed IT services and onsite technology support in a hybrid mode, ensuring constituents are provided necessary support, while all key departments of the city are functioning at their best efficiency. This initiative will empower city of Duvall to make right decisions in technology and prioritize efforts towards the vision of the city.

Project: Contracts Team Automation (SharePoint Online)

Project Summary: Contracts team receives a significant amount of requests from all departments at CHSW to review, edit, approve and archive contracts. Most of the requests are time sensitive for outcome and donor reporting standpoint. After conducting a detailed analysis of the solution requirements for automation, our team helped CHSW choose the SharePoint online as the platform to build a system to automate Contracts Management. Our certified SharePoint online engineering team helped contracts team to automate key processes using modern SharePoint online solution with 100% success rate.

Project Summary: Agiliant being one of a prominent MSP's in Puget Sound area, was struggling to provide extended hour support to its key customers needing extended hour support for their IT and Security infrastructure. Our engineering enabled Agiliant to offer Proactive 24x7 Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure support to all clients of Agiliant. At a fraction of the cost Agiliant achieved the operational excellence of high quality cybersecurity and IT infrastructure support, enabling their clients to be rest assured at all times for the secured uptime of their IT environment as well as enabling Agiliant to grow top line.

Project Summary: Our business analyst team helped CHSW conduct a detailed discovery of solution requirements, user interviews, built use case stories. Following discovery, we helped CHSW select the most suitable CRM solution for the organization from a choice of over 23 CRM solutions, Virtuous CRM solution. Our project management team helped CHSW implement Virtuous CRM solution across the state of Washington in a record time. Most importantly with about 95% successful adoption rate across the board. The project was delivered well within budget and 2 months before the timeline.
